Ab dem 1. November 2025 ist die Akzeptanz von Zahlungen \u00fcber IRIS f\u00fcr Unternehmen und Selbstst\u00e4ndige im station\u00e4ren Handel sowie in Online-Shops verpflichtend. Diese \u00c4nderung ist Teil einer umfassenderen Digitalisierungsstrategie, die Transaktionen beschleunigen, die Transparenz erh\u00f6hen, den Bargeldverkehr reduzieren und Steuerinformationen schrittweise in Echtzeit vereinheitlichen soll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieser institutionelle Wandel hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf ERP-Systeme (Enterprise Resource Planning) und die elektronische Rechnungsstellung und erfordert technische, organisatorische und buchhalterische Anpassungen. Entwicklung und institutioneller Rahmen<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IRIS wurde vom griechischen Interbankensystem als Zahlungsdienst f\u00fcr Konto-zu-Konto-Transaktionen eingerichtet. Der Dienst wurde schrittweise von privaten Zahlungen auf Gesch\u00e4fts- und E-Commerce-Zahlungen ausgeweitet. Durch institutionelle Beschl\u00fcsse aus den Jahren 2023\u20132025 wurde die verpflichtende Akzeptanz des Dienstes f\u00fcr alle Institutionen festgelegt, die Einzelhandelsquittungen oder Dienstleistungsrechnungen ausstellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Frist f\u00fcr die Verkn\u00fcpfung von Gesch\u00e4ftsbankkonten mit dem IRIS-System wurde auf den 1. November 2025 festgelegt. Nach diesem Datum kann die Nichtannahme von Zahlungen \u00fcber IRIS zu administrativen Sanktionen f\u00fchren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Entwicklung steht im Einklang mit europ\u00e4ischen Richtlinien zur F\u00f6rderung von Sofortzahlungen mit dem Ziel, Kosten und Abwicklungszeiten zu reduzieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%CE%9B%CE%B5%CE%B9%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%85%CF%81%CE%B3%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE_%CF%80%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%B9%CE%B3%CF%81%CE%B1%CF%86%CE%AE_%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%85_%CF%83%CF%85%CF%83%CF%84%CE%AE%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82_IRIS\"><\/span><b>Funktionsbeschreibung des IRIS-Systems<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IRIS bietet ein direktes Kreditkartensystem ohne Zwischenh\u00e4ndler. Die Belastung wird direkt vom Kundenkonto auf das Gesch\u00e4ftskonto \u00fcberwiesen. Die Funktionalit\u00e4t ist in drei Kategorien unterteilt:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>P2P (Person-zu-Person)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahlungen zwischen Privatpersonen, h\u00e4ufig \u00fcber mobile Anwendungen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>P2B (Person-to-Business)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahlungen an Unternehmen erfolgen in der Regel per QR-Code oder Mobile-Banking-App.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>E-Commerce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahlungen in Online-Shops \u00fcber dynamische QR-Codes oder spezielle Optionen im Warenkorb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahlungen gelten als sofortig, mit automatisierter Verrechnung im Bankensystem und Eintragung in die Gesch\u00e4fts-IBAN.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%CE%95%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%80%CF%84%CF%8E%CF%83%CE%B5%CE%B9%CF%82_%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7%CE%BD_%CE%B7%CE%BB%CE%B5%CE%BA%CF%84%CF%81%CE%BF%CE%BD%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE_%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BC%CE%BF%CE%BB%CF%8C%CE%B3%CE%B7%CF%83%CE%B7\"><\/span><b>Auswirkungen auf die elektronische Rechnungsstellung<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Automatisierte Zahlungsidentifizierung<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durch die sofortige Verbuchung der Transaktion kann die Ausstellung einer Rechnung oder Quittung nahezu zeitgleich mit der Zahlung erfolgen. Die elektronische Rechnungsstellung ist davon wie folgt betroffen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Zeitstempel der Ausgaben werden an die Zahlungsbest\u00e4tigung angepasst.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatisierte Datenerfassungsprozesse werden \u00fcber eine API erm\u00f6glicht.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Bedarf, \u00fcberf\u00e4llige Forderungen zu kontrollieren, verringert sich.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Verkn\u00fcpfung mit Steuerinformationssystemen<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit der zunehmenden Nutzung von IRIS werden die Einnahmen transparenter abgebildet:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das elektronische Einnahmenbuch wird schneller aktualisiert.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahlungsdaten werden mit Rechnungsinformationen zusammengef\u00fchrt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Abstimmung von Banktransaktionen wird systematischer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Verbesserung der Kontrollen und der Aufzeichnung<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die elektronische Rechnungsstellung wird dadurch beg\u00fcnstigt, dass Zahlungen digital und ohne Bargeld erfolgen, wodurch der Umgang mit physischem Geld eingeschr\u00e4nkt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%CE%95%CF%80%CE%B9%CF%80%CF%84%CF%8E%CF%83%CE%B5%CE%B9%CF%82_%CF%83%CE%B5_ERP_%CF%83%CF%85%CF%83%CF%84%CE%AE%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%B1\"><\/span><b>Auswirkungen auf ERP-Systeme<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Einf\u00fchrung von IRIS ver\u00e4ndert die ERP-Funktionen.
