In the eShop chat, in tickets, in questions about orders. But they all have the same cost: <strong>interrupt two people<\/strong> \u2014 the one who asks and the one who answers. And the answer is usually already written somewhere. It&#039;s just that no one remembers where.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%CE%93%CE%B9%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%AF_%CE%B7_%CE%B3%CE%BD%CF%8E%CF%83%CE%B7_%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%82_%CE%B5%CF%84%CE%B1%CE%B9%CF%81%CE%B5%CE%AF%CE%B1%CF%82_%CE%B4%CE%B5%CE%BD_%CE%B6%CE%B5%CE%B9_%CF%83%CE%B5_%CF%83%CF%8D%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%B1\"><\/span>Why company knowledge doesn&#039;t live in a system<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In most Greek businesses, real knowledge is not found in the ERP or the eShop. It is found in three places: in Excel and PDF files, in emails, and in the heads of two or three people.<\/p>\n<p>This works up to a point. Then it starts to cost money. When the person who \u00abknows\u00bb goes on leave, the team slows down. When a new colleague comes in, it takes weeks to learn things that are already written. When he can ask freely, he learns faster and doesn&#039;t waste the time of three people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In sales.<\/strong> Special prices, discount scales, per-client agreements, payment terms. A customer chatbot sees products and orders. An internal tool sees <strong>pricing policy, profit margins, agreements with suppliers, internal documents<\/strong>. It doesn&#039;t guess: if a piece of information isn&#039;t anywhere in your data, the right behavior is to say they don&#039;t know it \u2014 and that&#039;s something you should demand, not consider a weakness.<\/p>\n<p>And most importantly: it doesn&#039;t fix the mess. If your procedures are in three conflicting versions, the result will show it.
