How do I avoid double bookings for the same apartment?

The plugin keeps a live availability check on two levels. First, the form's calendar automatically blocks the dates of already confirmed bookings (via a REST endpoint that updates on every load). Second, even if someone tries to bypass the frontend, the server performs an overlap validation before saving the booking and rejects the request with the message "The dates are not available". Same-day turnover is allowed (check-out and check-in on the same day).

Can I manage more than one property or vehicle?

Yes. From the settings or directly in the shortcode (items="Apartment A,Apartment B,Studio") you declare as many items as you want. The customer sees them as a dropdown selection and availability is checked per item. For multilingual sites there is a separate fr_items_en setting so that the names appear translated on the /en/ version of your page.

In which language do the emails reach the customer and me?

The customer receives all emails (request-received confirmation, confirmed, cancelled, reminder 1 day before) in the language the site was open in when they submitted the booking — the language is locked to the booking and is retained even if you later change the language in the admin. As the owner, you always receive emails in Greek with a line Language: English/Ελληνικά at the top, so that you know which language to reply to the customer in.
