What they usually ask before we start.

How is it different from a simple chatbot with ready-made answers?;

A classic chatbot follows scripts that you write. Talos trains itself on your data — products, services, policies, FAQs — and answers questions you didn’t anticipate. It also takes action: suggests products, adds them to the cart, and tracks orders.

What platforms does it work on?;

WordPress (plugin), WooCommerce (plugin), Magento 2 (module), Shopify (app) and anywhere else with a JavaScript snippet. Installation takes less than 5 minutes.

What if he doesn't know the answer?;

It answers only from your own data — products, policies, FAQs. When something isn’t covered, it says so and suggests contact or passes the conversation to a human, rather than inventing an answer. In analytics, you see exactly which questions were left unanswered, so you can supplement your knowledge.

Does he speak Greek correctly or is it translated?;

Natural Greek, not translated robotic text. Automatically detects the visitor's language and responds accordingly (Greek or English).

What about my data and GDPR?;

The infrastructure is European and GDPR compliant. Your conversations are not sold or shared with third parties — they remain yours.

What happens when the client wants a human?;
