COD with Box Now works digitally. The customer does not insert cash into the machine. They receive an SMS/Viber message with a payment link before going to the Locker. Once they pay via card through that link, they receive the PIN code to open the locker door.
The module typically allows you to define product dimensions or select a locker size (Small, Medium, Large) during the Voucher creation. Box Now offers lockers of various sizes. If a product is oversized, it is recommended to configure Magento to exclude the Box Now method for that specific product or category.
The parcel usually remains in the locker for 48 hours. There is an option for a time extension upon the customer's request to Box Now.
