2. Intellectual Property

3. Client Obligations
The client must:

4. Fees & Payments

After handover:
Basic technical support is provided for a reasonable period
Additional work or changes are billed separately

Does not bear responsibility for lost revenue, data loss or indirect damages
Not responsible for issues caused by third parties (hosting, platforms, APIs, etc.)
Does not guarantee specific commercial or economic results
