    Frequently Asked Questions

    How often does the synchronization occur?

    Synchronization is managed via Cron Jobs. Typically, stock levels and prices are updated very frequently (e.g., every 5-10 minutes), while 'heavy' data (new products, images) can run once a day or overnight. Orders are usually transferred instantly (real-time) or within a few minutes.

    Does it support special price lists for B2B customers?

    Yes. The module can map Soft1 price lists to Magento Customer Groups. This ensures that when a wholesaler logs into the e-shop, they see their own agreed prices and discounts.

    What about products with Color/Size?

    The module recognizes the product structure in Soft1. If you use 'Attributes' (e.g., color, size) in the ERP, the module automatically converts them into Configurable Products in Magento, creating the corresponding Simple products for every combination.
